Micheal is said to be the field commander in the Army of God that leads the army into battle against the Devil's dark forces during his uprising in the 'Book of Daniel', the 'Book of Revelation' and the 'Book of Jude'. People have interpreted the meaning of his name into the rhetorical question 'Who is like god?' with it's obvious meaning that no one is like god. This is why Michael is also the symbol of humility before God.
